Instead of sending you an email with your confidential information, we use our client portal system to keep documents and communications in one place. Similar to online banking, once you create an account, you go through a verification process to log in and access the system. From there, you can view documents we have uploaded or upload your own documents, and receive email notifications to alert you of new changes.
