We founded CCBC with the goal of combining our business and financial advising skills to ensure the success of privately held companies, non-profit organizations, and high net-worth individuals.
We are a Hamilton based full-service chartered professional accounting firm with 25 years of combined experience in public accounting.

Meet the Partners
After working at national firms for several years, Brennan Caiella, CPA, CA and Claudio Cicchetti, CPA, CA, CBV, wanted to reshape the standard for accounting services. They partnered to create CCBC and combine their roles as accountants and business advisors. With a strong service-first focus, CCBC operates flexibly to suit the needs of a variety of clientele. Brennan and Claudio work alongside you as a team to run your company as efficiently as possible.
Brennan Caiella, CPA, CA
After working at national firms for several years, Brennan Caiella, CPA, CA and Claudio Cicchetti, CPA, CA, CBV, wanted to reshape the standard for accounting services. They partnered to create CCBC and combine their roles as accountants and business advisors. With a strong service-first focus, CCBC operates flexibly to suit the needs of a variety of clientele. Brennan and Claudio work alongside you as a team to run your company as efficiently as possible.
His experience includes personal, corporate and estate tax planning and compliance, corporate tax reorganizations and structuring, date of death tax planning and financial statement preparation and analysis.
Brennan graduated from McMaster University’s commerce program with honours and distinction. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation at a national accounting firm.
He also completed two additional courses through CICA: the In-Depth Tax Course and the Advanced Tax Issues for Owner-Managed Business Course.
Claudio Cicchetti, CPA, CA, CBV
Claudio specializes in valuation and assurance services. He assesses financial statements to develop business strategies that are both cost and time effective.
Throughout the process, Claudio collaborates with clients to create new plans for success. In addition, he provides tax and accounting services.
As a Chartered Business Valuator, Claudio provides clients with accurate business valuations and litigation support on various matters. Claudio obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University with magna cum laude. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation at a national accounting firm. Claudio currently volunteers as the director of finance for Mount Hamilton Youth Soccer Club.
